Update on pending transaction issues
The node that connects our backend with the Ethereum network died on Friday. It was revived yesterday morning, but still lagged behind in processing transactions. This is a known issue that we were hoping to wait until the next version to address, but given the two failures this month, we have decided to go ahead and migrate to a new solution for connecting to the blockchain that will be more resilient and scalable ahead of schedule. The migration is now complete and we expect things to be working properly within a few hours.
