If you’re experiencing any problems since the update, please email support@telco.in and explain the issue so our engineers can address it as expeditiously as possible. Please also note that, due to high demand, we’ve had to temporarily implement a waitlist for new wallet activations outside of our initial target service markets. Our top priority is delivering a smooth, secure, and compliant experience in our initial regulated remittance markets - but of course we’re eager to open access globally as soon as possible.
